CELEBRATING 25+ YEARS OF SERVICE: HONORING OUR LONG-TENURED EMPLOYEES
The city has 70 employees who have served for more than 25 years, representing a combined 2,046 years of service. We are honoring these long-serving employees with a campaign on LinkedIn called World Famous Spotlight 25+ Years. Last week, the campaign launched featuring the city’s longest-tenured employee, Earnestine Maddox, a Personnel Officer who began her career with the city in 1982. Starting as an Office Specialist, Earnestine worked her way up to a key role in the Human Resources Department. When asked about her commitment to the city, she shared that it’s driven by “a sense of purpose, challenging work and meaningful relationships with colleagues and the public.” Thank you, Earnestine, for your dedication to our great city! Follow us on LinkedIn @The City of Daytona Beach to see who is featured next!
