SIDEWALK TEAM - AMBASSADOR PROGRAM Dedicated teams regularly patrol designated areas to pick up litter, remove graffiti and maintain public spaces such as sidewalks, streets and parks. Outsourcing (Block by Block proposal): $94,891.52 Block by Block provides cleaning, safety, hospitality, landscaping and outreach solutions for improvement areas, parks, transit systems and community organizations. They manage the entire program using best practices and serving as good stewards of customers’ budgets. This organization has a reputation for creating hybrid Ambassador programs that focus on improving perceptions in the area. The cost includes approx. 7 crew members (Clean Ambassador, safety ambassador, Special projects, outreach, team leads, operation supervisor, operation manager) with approx. between 40 and 760 weekly hours of operations between all CRAs; Capital equipment, benefits, uniforms, cellphone, janitorial supplies, fuel, maintenance, insurance, parking, etc.
