ACCOMPLISHMENTS SOUTH ATLANTIC PENINSULA CLUB ELECTRICAL SYSTEM UPGRADE (2022) The Peninsula Club received a full electrical system upgrade, including replacement of the main electrical panel, branch circuits and interior fixtures. The improvements enhance safety, reliability and functionality for facility users. Project cost: $32,310 CORNELIA YOUNG IMPROVEMENTS Improvements to the Cornelia Young Building included roof repairs, mold remediation and general facility updates. These upgrades extend the building’s usability and safety for community programs.

LAND ACQUISITION Under Florida’s Community Redevelopment Act, redevelopment agencies may acquire property within designated areas to support public improvements, provide sites for public facilities, eliminate unsafe conditions, remove nonconforming uses and encourage private investment.
