• Mixed-Use Development Marketing: Advertising for 543, 551 S. Dr. MLK & 4 vacant lots. • Design & Renovations: Renovations of existing structure at 875 Dr. MMB Blvd (including adjacent lots at 875, 877 Dr. MMB & 236, 240 Desoto and 2 vacant lots) – $45,000. • Redevelopment Projects: Former Campbell Hotel & parking lot at 537, 539–541 Dr. MMB Blvd; vacant lot on Walnut. • Property Acquisitions: Town Center – 11 lots purchased – $1,000,000. • Transit Solutions: $20,000. • Ambassador/Street Team Program: Block by Block program, 7 days/week – $284,674.56. • Howard Thurman House Improvements: $150,000. • New Homes for First-Time Buyers: Development of 22 vacant lots – $10,000. • Innovative Policing: Meridian barriers – $50,000; Pacetalk camera – $60,000. • Streetscape Design: Dr. MMB Blvd, including a roundabout at Lincoln St – $30,000.
