EAST ISB UNDERGROUND UTILITY – FDOT (Completed 2025) Location: East ISB, Halifax River to Atlantic Avenue The safety and beautification project included undergrounding power and secondary power conversions along eight blocks of East ISB. FDOT completed design, permitting and roadway improvements.

SENOR FROG’S BUILD OUT CONTRIBUTION (2024) Location: Main Street, Daytona Beach
The city negotiated a 50-year lease with Senor Frog’s, including a $500,000 buildout contribution. Half is payable 30 days after permits are secured; the remaining half 30 days after the Certificate of Occupancy. The city will replenish the Main Street CRA fund over five years following opening.
