Compensation: The City of Daytona Beach offers a competitive executive compensation and benefits package designed to attract and retain exceptional public safety leaders.
Annual salary: $113,361 to $196,873, depending on qualifications and experience Police & Fire Pension Plan which includes an 8-year Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP) Executive deferred compensation benefit
